South Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group is committed to responding to all comments and concerns raised by patients living in the South Norfolk area about the care and support they receive.
Patient Participation Groups (PPGs)
Every GP practice has a PPG made up of local patients keen to engage with the activity of their surgery. This may be getting involved in the physical building - suggesting alterations or makeovers for certain areas - or feeding back about services. Many PPGs have made significant changes to the environment or services offered.
To get involved in the PPG at your practice speak to the practice manager at the surgery.

Public consultations are formal processes that ensure patients in the community are able to feedback about services. This may be when a service changes, such as a GP practice moving, or when treatment will no longer be offered. It could also be a change to the law, affecting patients and care. Consultations offer members of the community the right to have their say and often mean they can complete a questionnaire or attend a public meeting.
View the consultations page to see what current and past consultations there are happening in South Norfolk.
