NHS South Norfolk CCG is committed to the protection of children and vulnerable adults from abuse. We recognise that the priority should always be to ensure the safety, wellbeing and protection of children and vulnerable adults in our care. It is the responsibility of all staff working with patients to act on any suspicion or evidence of abuse or neglect and report their concerns in the first instance to their line manager, other responsible person or agency.
As a CCG we will work in partnership with the Norfolk Safeguarding Adults and Children’s Boards to protect children and vulnerable adults from abuse. The CCG has in place systems and processes to support Norfolk County Council (NCC) Multi Agency Safeguarding Procedures for both Children and adults.
